Priority support clients (Essential and Business packages) receive same-day response on weekdays. Pay-as-you-go clients are typically seen within 24 hours. For urgent issues I'll always do my best to help as quickly as possible.
Do you lock me into a contract?
No. Monthly support packages can be cancelled at any time, no minimum term, no cancellation fees. I believe in earning your business every month through good service, not through contracts that trap you.
Can you support staff working from home?
Yes. Remote support works excellently for home workers. I can connect to their machine wherever they are in the UK. For issues that need hands-on attention in Edinburgh, I can also arrange a home visit.
Do you visit our office?
Yes. I cover Edinburgh and the surrounding areas for on-site visits. If your office is further afield, remote support covers the majority of issues without any travel needed. Support clients receive a discount on on-site visit rates.
