Yes. I use tools like TeamViewer and AnyDesk, which use enterprise-grade encryption, the same standard used by banks and large corporations. You can see everything I do on your screen in real time, and you remain in full control. You can disconnect the session at any moment with a single click.
What do I need for remote support?
Just an internet connection and your computer. You don't need to install anything beforehand. I'll send you a link to click when we're ready to start. A phone or video call alongside the session helps so we can chat while I work.
How quickly can you help?
Usually within a few hours on weekdays. Because there's no travel involved, I can often fit you in at short notice. Monthly support clients receive priority scheduling.
What if you can't fix it remotely?
If a problem turns out to need a physical visit, for example a hardware fault. I'll advise you on the next steps. If I'm unable to resolve the issue remotely, you won't be charged for the session. I'll always be upfront about what's possible.
