I've been working with tech since I was 13. I started out volunteering in a small local repair shop, fixing everything from PCs and laptops to phones, TVs, and consoles. I kept doing repairs for years, even while working full-time, because helping people with their tech always felt natural to me.
That early hands-on experience grew into something bigger. Over time, I moved into IT support, operations, and technical roles where I supported a team of 30+ including contractors, solved complex issues, and improved the systems businesses relied on every day. I learned how to build reliable setups, streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and roll out tools that genuinely make work easier.
