Do you supply the hardware or do we buy it ourselves?
Either works. I can advise on exactly what to buy and where to source it, or you can purchase the equipment yourselves and I'll handle the installation and configuration. I don't have a preferred supplier. I'll recommend what's genuinely best for your situation.
We already have a screen on the wall, can you work with it?
Usually yes. Most modern screens will work fine as part of a video conferencing setup. I'll check compatibility when I assess the room and let you know if there are any limitations before we proceed.
How long does a typical room setup take?
